East City Point marketing suite
Our brief for this east London site included the design and installation of the development branding, as well as the interior design of the marketing suite.
>We walked the development and the surrounding area with the client, identified the best signage opportunities and agreed the messages we wanted to convey. We then presented a proposal for the development that outlined the position and design for each sign.
We designed striking hoarding to run alongside the busy A13 as well directional signs, development signs and exterior branding to the marketing suite.
At the same time, our design team was working on the interior layout, furniture and decoration for the marketing suite. We designed and built bespoke items including desks that incorporated the logo, London skyline wallpaper, a branded model base and brochure holders that showcased multi-coloured development phase brochures.
The launch was a success with eight reservations taken on the first weekend. East City Point was recently voted “the best presented development” in Countryside Properties’ internal awards.
