Parkside Place development branding
Countryside Properties appointed Soda to work with them to name, brand and create a brochure for a development of high-end apartments in Sudbury, near Wembley, in north west London.
The challenge was to create a a buzzy London feel for the development, but also to communicate the peace and tranquility offered by the adjacent Barham Park.
The development was named Parkside Place. We designed a logo graphic using the letter P to create tree shapes that were used throughout the site branding.
As well as photography of the local area, we commissioned aerial photography to draw attention to the development’s position in among a wealth of local amenities and also its proximity to central London.
We rendered detailed 3D floor plans to help potential buyers appreciate the size and layout of the spacious apartments. These plans are not only attractive but they also help purchasers visualise how the apartment space can be arranged, decorated and lived in.
As well as the brochure, we designed the development hoarding, scaffold mounted mesh banners and the interior and exterior of the marketing suite.
Of the 37 apartments available, four were sold prior to the launch and a further five were sold over the opening weekend.
